Edna Staebler PS is thrilled to offer its first Gay-Straight Alliance (GSA) for students in grades 6 through 8! A GSA is an extracurricular, student-run group that provides a much needed safer space in which LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer) students and their allies can work together on making our school more welcoming for all members of our school community. Students and their staff advisors will meet once a week to participate in fun activities and discussions about LGBTQ issues in a comfortable and supportive environment. All students are welcome!
